Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Spiders

Serves: 18

In terms of classic combinations, nothing beats peanut butter and chocolate. These adorable spider cookies take the best of both worlds to create a delectable Halloween treat!

What you’ll need

1. A bag of DTP Chocolate Chip Cookies
2. A bag of Reese’s PB Cups, frozen
3. Candy eyes
4. Brown icing

How to make them

• Bake cookies according to the directions.
• Once they’re done, immediately and oh-so-gently press a PB cup upside down on each cookie. Repeat on all cookies. Place on a wire rack to completely cool.
• While the cookies are still soft, add two candy eyes to the front of the PB cups.
• Stick in fridge for 10 minutes until cookies harden.
• Once the cookies have hardened, draw four (4) lines with the brown icing on either side of the PB cup (eight lines total) to make “spider legs”. You can also use melted chocolate chips instead of icing.

What you’ll need

1. A bag of DTP Chocolate Chip Cookies (your choice)
2. Candy eyes

How to make them

• Bake cookies according to the directions.
• When the cookies are done baking, let cool for 2-3 minutes.
• Press your thumb into the middle of each cookie to make an indentation.
• Place a candy eye in the middle of each cookie (make sure they’re still warm).

Level up: Add four or five candy eyes in varying sizes for googly-eyed fun.

Unexpected and hilarious, these cookies are way more fun (and delicious) than the plastic vampire teeth you normally put in your mouth on Halloween.

What you’ll need

1. A bag of Dogtown Pizza Oatmeal Raisin White Chocolate Chip Cookies
2. A bag of miniature marshmallows
3. A bag of slivered almonds
4. Vanilla frosting dyed with red food coloring

How to make them

• Bake cookies according to the directions.
• While cookies are baking, add a few drops of red food coloring to your frosting (you can use store-bought) and stir until you get the desired shade of red. The redder the better!
When cookies are done, let cool on a wire rack.
• Cut each cookie in half.
• Frost the undersides of each cookie half with a layer of red frosting.
• Add six mini marshmallows to the curved part of one cookie half, then top it with the other half of the frosted cookie.
• Insert two slivered almonds into the frosting on either side of the two front marshmallow teeth.
